We were cancelled 3 times - Supposedly weather issues. I had taken 3 lots of time off work. Despite this, and the fact it is the end of the season, I was offered only half my money back. I would not recommend booking with this company. Find an alternative. There are many.

Yes we did have a couple of cancellations due to weather issues. On research found the early morning flights are usually the best for flights. Despite the early wake up the flight itself was amazing and the pilot was helpful with pointing out the sights. Both the pilot and ground crew were lovely and put you at ease very quickly. Just like to say thank you for a lovely morning and amazing flight.

Just a quick Thank you for last nights flight what a fantastic experience, Pilot and ground crew were so polite and helpful and informative, on hearing some of the stories from fellow passenger's of having flights cancelled due weather i feel so lucky i got up 1st time, but i suppose that is ballooning in the uk weather, be prepared for cancelations, but when you get up it is well well worth the disappointment of a cancelled flight or 2. Booking system was so easy, this was a birthday present from my wife, she had tried to book with Virgin before , but the online booking system was so complicated she gave up , she found British school of ballooning on line and was amazed to find a phone number , where you could speak to a human and ask questions (is there a big backlog after Covid was 1 of her concerns) , try asking that to a online booking system, the lady could not be any more helpful talked to my wife answered all her questions nothing was to much trouble, took the booking, took payment over the phone, absolutely 1st class service, even taking a call from my sister in law who bought me the photos of in flight as a birthday present, what a nice surprise when asked who wanted photos to be told mine were already paid for, and well worth the money. Again thank you Gavin and ground Crew, for a fantastic evening it is something i will be doing again , and using you of course, and from my wife and sister in law thank you to the lovely lady in your office for all her help, above and beyond good service, Fantastic time had from start to finish, organized and professional, Very highly recomended
