    I recently started working here through an agency, and was there a toatal of 3 weeks. One day i was handed a fob access card then the morning after they let me go, without reason. Would not recommend working here. The team leader is a complete w***er. Everyone goes for smoke breaks if you are buddy buddy with the team leaders but god forbid you even talk to another member of staff. Car park is far too small for the size of workforce too. The work environment is hostile and promotes poor communication.

    Follow the road past the pub on the left to the end of the road, and stop in front of the gates. Report to the gatehouse Ian, the security officer is very friendly (makes a pleasant change). It's very tight to turn around to get onto the bay. There are 3 bays, but only one can be used due to pallets in front of the other two (I had to jack knife round).

    Really enjoy working at British Offsite. There is still such a strong family feel even though we are part of a wider group and still expanding. The whole of the Weston Group are treated as one when it comes to benefits and events and the chairman clearly values his staff. This is made clear when it comes to pay reviews and the many free events he puts on for us. It is inspiring to be a part of such an innovative company who are paving the way for modern methods of construction. I feel a strong sense of job stability and teamwork here.
