I've have 30 years experience in the cleaning industry but coming from a catering background of five years and I'm very good at each and every role I've taken over the years.I'm fed up hearing I'm bic trained from other colleagues when clearly they haven't a clue and using toilet cleaner to clean sinks ect ect but they have certificate's and a badge to state they are bic trained!!!!..another clear rip off qualification charging willy and nilly to prove they are something they are not!..the only way to learn any role in this industry and any other is work experience and a reference from each employer clear of all exams asked of you before bics and do not pay to prove your worth.. it's another government scheme once again but people are paying the price to get work.. ashamed robbing government and over
