We have brought a westward hot tub and are completely disappointed in it. It arrived with a cracked panel and broken light in January which still not has been fixed. The metal knobs inside have all gone rusty the control pad is completely steamed up so you can’t see. WWE have complained numerals times to be told that due to covid etc they have not got parts. This is totally unacceptable
