“Made an enquiry for my parents, these guys a real pros, have done a fantastic job in presenting the best options and the most competitive prices on the market. I could choose from two of the best UK manufacturers, The installation was done over a few days, clean finish and great styling, the new homelift looks the part and works exactly as described. So happy with the results!! Highly recommended

Absolute joke of a company. Engineer visits cancelled and the reason given were later found out to be lies. Fast track installation within 10 days took over 3 weeks. Surveyor/salesman measured wheelchair 13 inches short then denied it and tried to blame it on my wife. Power door I paid almost £1000 for was not fitted until 4 months and lots of arguments with an excuse of them being a retro fit again confirmed as lies by engineers. Was told there was 24/7 service cover when it’s only office hours. Been awaiting a bespoke backpanel since December so rang up today for an update to find all offices permanently closed and website non existent

I would just like to point out that many of the good reviews here all seem to be reviewing the same companies London, USA and Canada. Check the profiles for yourself. They are not all what they seem.

Absolute shambles of a company, strange how the reconditioned stairlift I was sold (unknowingly, I was under the impression I was getting a new one, my fault for not reading the paperwork, salesman said brand new then ticked reconditioned ) is £400 more than the brand new stana stairlift which was installed by a different company who stuck to their word and installed the stairlift within 7 days of ordering. This company is expensive, lacking in customer services, full of lies and having discussed the case with trading standards in breach giving customers a 7 day cooling off period....... IF you are silly enough to use this company do not pay until installation is done (the company we ended up using asked for nothing until everything was done)........ You should be ashamed taking large amounts of money off vulnerable people and making them wait excessive amounts of time for refunds

my wife ordered what she thought was a brand new stairlift on 1st december after learning it was going to be a refurbished stairlift and being messed around with the installation she cancelled it 4 days later only to be told we had to go through the so called returns policy which can take up to 14 days needless to say we still HAVE NOT received our money back. you are an absolute joke of a company and are trying to charge us £512.50 as per works completed but when my wife rang you hadnt even received the stair lift prior to cancelling so not sure what the work was. all i will say is for people to avoid this company completely so you dont get ripped off like we have been. if i didnt have to give them a star to write this post i wouldnt have they deserve any stars at all

AVOID AVOID AVOID My father in law placed an order with this company in September 2017. We cancelled the order the next working day with a promise the £10,000 DEPOSIT would be returned within the 14 day cooling off period. Cutting a very long story short which involved many phone calls, letters and I even attended the premises demanding a refund at which point they called the Police. I left with a promise the money would be refunded the following week...it never arrived. With threats of litigation and winding up procedures a cheque has finally been received 22nd Dec. Dont trust a word they say!!!
