The door was open at 9:15 am and I stepped in thinking the shop was open. A blond lady with short hair was very rude. She said it was open only at 9:30, but her tone and attitude made me feel as though I was a shop lifter. Please hire staff who can treat people with respect.

try to donated bed frame and headboard, the original bed frame which split into 2 but only had one fire label comes from Manufacturer. It proofed safe when I bought it was new, and how could I get two separate fire labels for each as it only come with one label and it considered to be one item for fire safety as it is. Collection team Refused to collect it and even refuse to take the Headboard no matter it had it own fire label.

I bought this coat/umbrella stand 1 month ago. It broke and when I spoke with the sales assistant on the phone, I have been told they can't do anything about it, because they only replace/refund items with manufacturing faults. As shown by the pictures, the plate with the screw was welded to the stand. The weld failed and the stand collapsed. How can this not be considered a manufacturing fault? I won't buy again from them and I advise you to do the same.
