I would give this place 0 stars. !! We used this place so often. But tonight they mugged us off they said they had no donner meat then they told my friend they did 20 mins later ! So I called back, they said, no I told you 25 mins. They lied! So I called management and they were very helpful. Except when dinner arrived 2 HOURS LATE the driver wouldn't give us our food because we said we wernt paying for it, (I did tell the store previously! We wouldn't be paying. They said ok) then the driver.... am older lady tried running my neighbours daughter over! So annoyed with this company. Will never buy from them again!

Ordered cheesy chips and chicken stripes the cheese on the chips had gone off absolutely discusting made my partner violently sick. Took the order back and the lady took them into the back room removed the cheese then chucked the rest of the chips back with the other chips..... avoid this place!!!!

Waited over a hour and half before we was told our food was on its way it's now been over 2 hours and still no food has arrived after we had already paid for 3 meals.. Not only are they useless but they are liars! Useless takeaway service 👌🏻

Delivered a chicken burger and forgot to put the chicken in it. Phoned the shop 6 times but no one answered to had to drive across town to the shop which was closed. Had to get the number for the other shop who said they made the order even though it's not where I ordered from. Offered to remake the burger but none of the other £17 worth of food that had gone cold while I was driving around Pitsea trying to sort out this absolute joke of a mistake and offered no refund. Awful never again ordering from here AVOID AVOID there's loads of other better shops that don't the 3 hours to deliver
