We purchased a new forest electric fire. The flames are more realistic than any other electric fire on the market. You can assemble the fire bed whatever way you like. Super looking fire and a great product. Customer service, in my opinion is top notch, very responsive and very helpful.

“In stock” fire was not in stock and after literally 10+ Different excuses from British Fires my order eventually turned up, 3 months after paying local showroom. Saddened to learn that British Fires are not British and parts and assembly all involve China.. Derisory “sorry” offer was not honoured and I would not recommend this company, who trade on mistruths.

I recently purchased a The New Forest Electric Fire from British Fires. I’d already fallen in love with the fire when I first saw it in their showroom. The fire arrived on time with no delays. The installation was carried out by a local installer and builder recommended by British Fires (the builder has gone on to do a lot more work for me). The work is not yet complete but the fire is up and running. It looks even better once it’s in your own home. You find yourself staring at the flames and it’s very relaxing. I don’t use it for heat as I have radiators but if you wish to take the chill off the room or totally heat it up? it’s perfect with just the touch of a button on your remote control. When my work is complete I will put up better photos. Go and buy it.
