The company was on time and friendly but I was very disappointed we were charged 50 pounds due to our baby throwing up in the car seat. We wiped it down as best we could and it did need to be laundered, but we had already paid over $200 pounds for pick up and drop off at the airport. I would think they factored in incidentals such as this to cover the cost. Will NOT be using this company again.

We had a very bad experience with the airport pick-up service, and I really don't think it's fair for us to pay this level of price. 1: The driver was rushing us all the time. We booked the service to pick up in one hour post landing - our flight landing time was 6:30, so I booked pickup for 7:30 p.m. Upon booking, the confirmation said that here is 30 mins free waiting. So our flight landed on time and I called the driver around 6:50. I called the driver when we were picking up our luggage, a small issue caused us delayed to find the driver.But we were still in the eligible waiting time. And it's totally not what the company said " the driver waited for 1 and half hour". We called within our book timeslot! But the drivers was complaining and rushing us all the way from arrival to the car park. It's not how hospitality works. 2: awful driving skills, gasing hard and braking hard all the time. My two-year-old was very upset by the sudden stop. 3: rude attitude. We provided our postcode as the driver asked, but we were not sure if he got the letters, so we were double checking. the driver instantly asked us " which route do you want to go?!" It's very bad attitude. 4: the car condition is very poor and very dusty. With the level of price, I would expect a decent and clean car.
