I visited British Bridal HQ last week to source a new designer for my store and i am absolutely blown away! They have thousands of dresses in stock which i already have in my store and sold 3 already this weekend!! I can even sell from their live inventory so if i have a bride that gets married very soon i have gowns i can offer her with immediate delivery! This is a game changer for the whole industry and the whole team are an absolute pleasure to deal with making the experience throughly enjoyable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. My dress arrived looking like something from SHEIN, I paid nearly 2k for their 'luxury collection' semphre sophia and the quality and design was nothing like the sample I tried on 4 times in the shop, luckily I had pictures to show this as they removed the sample dress from the store when I went back in. After a 4 week battle of asking for a full refund for the mis-described not as per sample dress I have eventually settled with a partial refund to avoid further upset and hassle of a court case. The terms & conditions they make you sign when you order a dress are completely irrelevant as they do not practice them nor do they acknowledge their obligation to the consumer rights act 2015. It is by far the worst customer service I have experienced from a company, a particular member of staff was outright rude, dismissive and completely lacked empathy for an upset, stressed bride. Stick to your more well known, successful brands like Enzoani, Martina Liana where the real quality is. Service: Wedding gown design
