I went in to buy all the things for a new bathroom including the tiles, potentially to spend 2-3 thousand pounds; the staff were hopeless - the man who served me didn't know much and spent his time leafing through catalogues, another person in the office who was asked for help was more concerned with texting and a 3rd person who seemed to know a bit directed my man back to the catalogues; I asked the man who seemed to know something if he could help and he seemed totally disinterested and so I said I was going and did; how they stay in business is anyone's guess, save yourself a journey and go elsewhere

The premises of this store look like a ghost house or a ruin. It's dirty (including the displayed goods), unkempt and I felt unsafe walking in the showroom.

Very disappointing service. The manager suggested that we had only given him the width and not the height of a shower door that we needed. So when the door arrived and it was too tall, he denied that it was his fault and became obstructive about fixing the problem and suggested we spend £200 more with them to get something different. I can't imagine someone ordering a shower door for an enclosed space that didn't give both the height and the width. Although they are so local to us, I would certainly not recommend them.
