By far one of the most hypocritical organisations ever encountered. If there was an option to give minus stars this would have been selected. Very poor customer service who provide no value added service once they get your money. No self assessment or evaluation to themselves on their own Custer service or satisfaction protocols. More of a case of one rule for those that they assess and another for themselves. No consistency in their interpretation or communications of the UKAS or ISO standards. Just another money grubbing organisation looking to just waste businesses times by spinning out well intentioned rules for their own profit. Case in point being their standard process to constantly sell further self improvement classes @ £600 incl VAT a pop to pass standards on service that they themselves do not measure themselves against.

From the moment I employed The British Assessment Bureau I knew I had made the right choice. That was further reinforced when I met Brandon Solomon who met with me to carry out the gap assessment . What a pleasure this encounter was. His in depth knowledge of system clearly shined through in his teachings to me. He is a extremely well mannered and very patient . He took me through the process step by step putting my needs first and always explaining many fine points with extreme clarity. To top it all off he , himself was a very knowledgeable and charismatic individual who could clearly communicate on all levels. The sort of person you instantly want to get to know . He has now set me on my way and given advice on managing my work load and making time for the ISO accreditation . Fantastic company with motivated and knowledgeable staff. A must hire.

As an indépendant consultant i have used British Assessment Bureau for 3rd Part Certification for 9001 /14001/and 18001. I have found them very responsive, and easy to work with. The audits are concise and the follow up support is very good. I would certainly recommend BAB to others considering using 3rd Party Certification against standards.

They have helped us to adapt to the new 2015 standard and give advice and assistance willingly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they have lots of online material which is very helpful.
