    Absolutely awful. Avoid. Wrong windows ordered and wrote a 6 page complaint which chased for months. Only information they could give me was that they had got it and that managers were reviewing which was a lie as year later I still have no reply.

Joe & Keith, the installers were great - explained what was to be done, showed me everything I needed to know upon completion, very conciderate & tidied up really nicely. Very friendly guys who are an asset to the team!! I LOVE my new windows & door. Such an improvement.

    Very Very disappointed have used this company three times third time definitely not lucky work not finish no one gets back to you shouldnt have to pay someone else to do the work they haven’t finish. Left us with no tarpaulin so flooring ruined no offer of replace or money off and work still outstanding

    I'm happy with the final product, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. By my count, it took 7 visits spread over 4 months (from the first fitting attempt to the last) to correctly fit 1 window. It was a comedy of errors with the fitters often turning up with the wrong size glazing, or a door hinge instead of a window hinge for example. On the first fitting the window was fitted with a panel because the glass wasn't ready yet - I was not made aware of this beforehand and was really annoyed to have to live in darkness for a few weeks - that fitting should never have gone ahead. Throughout there have been numerous times I have called for an update and been promised a call back that never came. On a positive note, the door I ordered was fitted correctly first time. All in all it's been months of bemusement and chasing that I won't risk repeating by using Brittania again.

    We recently had our windows replaced by Britannia Windows. I have to say - it was an awful experience and we regret choosing them to carry out the work. There were many avoidable issues during the installation that caused frustration and delays. One or two issues is understandable, but honestly, there were so many (admittedly mostly minor) issues... There were two major issues we had to deal with though - One involving dishonesty. Covering up damage to brickwork caused through their carelessness as existing historical damage. This was significant damage which left a section of brickwork loose and unsafe. This incident was witnessed by a neighbour. And another. They replaced a fire-escape window with a non-escapable window. In a ground-floor child's bedroom. They argued it was unnecessary to fit a fire-escapable window. This was even though we had specifically requested it during 'measuring up' and again in writing. Dealing with these and other issues was stressful and frustrating. It took 40+ emails and phone calls to different people and departments over many weeks. I appreciate COVID-19 may have caused some operating difficulties, but this was ridiculous. Thankfully, everything is now installed, replaced, repaired and resolved. The quality of the windows seems good. The service and customer service we experienced at times during the installation was shocking and disappointing. I was going to leave a one-star review, but I decided on two stars because the actual quality of the windows seems good.
