This company has just moved our goods to a new property and I have been more than pleased with the service we were given. I wasn't able, through illness, to pack all loose items, but the team took over and effortlessly packed and labelled everything.They were very professional in their operation and quiet but friendly. No house move can be ever be described as stress free but the men we had from Britannia Willis reduced this to a minimum. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trouble free house move. Our initial contact with Jonathan reassured us and offered useful advice. On the actual days the team arrived promptly prepared and ready for the work ahead. They worked tirelessly but sensibly having carefully planned each day. It’s a stressful enough process buying a house but knowing that the move will be as smooth and professional as the company outlined has made the transition much easier and actually enjoyable.

This has been the smoothest long distance move within the UK that we have done - despite (or because of) our increasing age and lack of energy. We cannot speak highly enough about the whole team, especially Sam and Tim, who worked over four days to pack, move, and unload our belongings into our new home. They were swift but careful, and very polite and reassuring. They also communicated well with us, which reduced our anxiety through knowing what was happening at each stage. Thorough training gave excellent results. We could have accepted a cheaper quote, but are so glad that we were able to use Britannia Willis, and would recommend them as offering a service that is, in our opinion, great value for money.
