When we arrived to collect the goods this afternoon, everything was ready and the MD willingly offered additional advice on getting started. I went to Britannia Welding Supplies LTD today (14/12/2020) to purchase a new MIG Welder, the service I received was exceptional from the moment I entered the premises till I left. The staff are very patient, polite and courteous, most importantly they have well over 30 years of experience in engineering and the many aspects of welding such as TIG, MIG and ARC e.c.t. In my honest opinion, if I was to sum up Britannia Welding Supplies LTD in a few words, I would say: “They put customer satisfaction first, before money” I would definitely recommend this company for all your welding requirements.
