Same as everyone on here. Con artists with damaged and broken machines. Tried to fine me after taking a payment from my card. then said I put number in wrong with no evidence. I will be going all the way to court if I need to with these guys because they know they are in the wrong and they literally have no chance when there machine is broken and still charging people the correct amount. Needs shutting down!

I received a Parking Charge notice location Welwyn Green John Lewis fortunately I still had my ticket purchased from the machine. The parking notice entry 15.30 exit 16.38 ticket 15.34 expires 17.34 correct last 4 digits of license plate. Even after I appealed they have asked me to pay £20 towards cost within 14 days.

Had my number plates stolen at the Croydon whitgift car park, I advised the firm but not much, if any support was provided. I wouldn't recommend, better of parking in one of the many other car parks available in Croydon which doesn't have a potential problem with security.

If I could post lower I would. For 3 years they tried to take me to court and caused more stress in my life than I want to remember. I wasted holiday and sick days dealing with paperwork. My holiday was ruined which landed 1 week before the court hearing. All for me to waste a journey to the court to find out they had backed out weeks prior without telling me. Typical cowboys. Truly horrible people, stay away from them if you can.

A Horrible Horrible Company Two deal with my mental health and stress I do parkruns I did one at Henlow and parked my car up. I bought a ticket and thought nothing of it . Soon after I moved house, with everything going on I forgot to change my log book. Not knowing, they were chasing me for allegedly not buying a ticket. Consequently I missed the appeal process A letter turned up from a Legal Recovery Company demanding £160 I gave evidence I bought a ticket £3.20 on the day on my statement and they said it could be any Carpark They said I could of typed in a digit wrong on my number plate. I explained what was going on in my life to The recovery team as you cannot contact Britannia No one was interested Vile people

Do not park anywhere owned by this company whatsoever :) Tried multiple cards and multiple contactless, from different accounts, only for both machines to decline payment. No declined payment notice came up from either bank. Did not accept cash either. Clearly faulty machines. Not everyone is able to pay via mobile if they don't have data at the time, and I think they happily ignore that fact. I video'd this taking place because I had heard about their treatment of customers and having a history of faulty machines. Appealed the parking notice I received because of their faulty machines (and submitted the screenshots of the video) which was declined on the grounds that they "Checked their machine operating history" and found them to be perfectly functional on that day. I, having spent 10 minutes stood in the dark and the cold trying all this different payment methods only for them all to fail, as well as trying my partners card and contactless, would beg to differ. Scam of a company :)
