I moved from Oklahoma to the UK and my items finally arrived after many delays in the United States. Britannia called me straight away and let me know about the inspection process and the time it would take for my items to be released. They also helped me with a potential legal issue regarding two of my items. Once released they scheduled a delivery date promptly. The two men arrived (early) and were quick to get everything into the flat and remove the tons of wrapping paper and bubble wrap. They did a good job of removing small bits of paper as well. One of my items didn't fit through the door so we devised a plan and they brought it around back and hoisted it over a wall and fence, which I appreciated very much. I would use them again.

The staff at Britannia Movers went over and above the service I expected to receive, both in terms of assisting me to get Returned Goods Relief even though I was beyond the normal 3 year rule. I wouldn't have been able to achieve this without them and it saved me literally hundreds of pounds. In addition, the guys who assisted me with the delivery and unpacking of my goods also went above and beyond by putting together my bike - which we discovered had been taken apart when removed from it's bike box. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough and would definitely use them in the future if I have need.
