Fantastic leisure centre with so many services and overlooking the park which changes from most gyms that are lower ground without any sunlight! It’s great for children too with a aqua splash park, crèche and soft play area. There are only 2 negatives,the cafe has very few healthy options and poor quality food, usually after the gym I’d like a fresh juice or smoothie and some healthy snack options for the kids. And secondly, the swimming pool changing area could be cleaned a bit more often.

THE BEST GYM! Just finished my first visit. Pool water feels super clean. Gym actually plays good music, at a good volume and in good speakers. Temperature control is incredible even on really hot days. Other gyms I have to splash water on myself during summer. Gym is so spacious with plenty of equipment for all interests: I was actually so amazed there are 3-4 racks you can bring a seat in to bench press. Every area is flooded with natural light which makes a huge difference for motivation. Changing rooms are cleaned often and have a really nice floor plan with superb fixtures. Great park right outside to chill in. The cafe area is very comfortable. You really feel part of the local community coming here as it’s fairly priced and means many families use the separate play pool which gives the overall experience a warm feeling. Whoever has designed this place really did a spectacular job! Well done and thank you. It’s really encouraged me back into a regular fitness schedule.

Had a good experience at the Splash Pad and soft play. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also for any lost property inquiries, best to go physically to the centre. I rang Better several times (as you can’t reach them directly) and apparently someone at Britannia said they hadn’t found my item, but when I visited it had been kindly kept safely behind reception. Thanks to whoever that was for clearly not even taking 1 minute to check. No one replies to emails either. Parking nearby is extremely expensive

This place is really nice , my kids enjoy the place but the only problem is this lady that works sometimes in the family fun area , her name is Erica, she is too strict and unfriendly. We were 30 minutes late due to not finding parking , we went there for 20 minutes and she said our time was up even after I explained my issue , it was even that busy as well.

Lovely leisure centre! Has drastically changed from when the old building was around. Staff friendly and facilities are decent. The soft play area was slightly manic when I attended with all ages from approx 4years up to approx 10 was running around playing. The swimming area was great, would definitely visit again soon !

Great as no other in London! 1. Clean throughout 2. Showers, lockers and changing rooms are good - would’ve been nice to know a £1 is needed for the lockers prior to booking 3. Cafe on site for drinks - wouldn’t eat there 4. Slide has a fun option to choose what to see inside it - choose party it’s fun! Lost the star for the following: 1. Hairdryers are terrible! Your finger kills before you dry your hair which is slower at drying than a 1970’s hairdryer 2. They let the people from the time before stay longer / go on the slide so we ended up having less time there as had to queue for ages to the only slide available 3. Cannot take photos / memories of my own child! 4. Toilets are disgusting

Aside from unsupervised "8" yr olds in the babies section ,(parents high on coffee lost in thier own world's) it's a fun place , over priced for local residents ! and at least one member of staff would for safety would be a good idea 👍

Tried to charge us £9 for squash racket hire when it says it’s free on the website as long as we return them. Staff were also rude and didn’t seem to care

Visited yesterday afternoon , lovely cafe. I was served by a young girl who showed some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The cafe might consider some parasols to sit under in the sun.
