Rooms: We stayed 3 nights, rooms are not cleaned. Towels are not changed. Toilet paper doesn't run out. No wake up service. Rooms face the wall. Nearby activities: Surrounded by tall buildings, there are interesting places within 5 minutes. Safety: It literally doesn't exist. A person can enter the hotel by waving his hand. Walkability: There are walking paths around Food & drinks: Breakfast and Dinner are very good Noteworthy details: Hotel employees are indifferent and not solution oriented at all. They answer no to everything. We asked for a knife in the restaurant, no. We wanted a drink at dinner, they said go to the bar and get it yourself.

Great service and the hotel had an amazing smell as soon as you come in. Plus the atmosphere is so relaxing.

I arrived at 2240 and due to the number of people queuing, was not checked in until 2305. It seemed everyone in front of me had one problem or another checking in. and there was an even bigger queue behind me. One of the clerks gestured people over to her with a nod of her head - not one of the clerks gave apologies for the wait to anyone. the clerk i dealt with asked for my ID - i explained i didn't have any and why would i need it - i've stayed in hotels all over the world, pre-paid by my company, and never needed to show ID. luckily i had a photo of my passport on my phone - he initially resisted, saying it had to be physical ID - i asked why the email confirmation, to my name, on my email address, my credit card and a photo of my passport was not enough. due to the number of people queuing behind me, he then reluctantly checked me in. i booked a double room, but only a twin was available. as i was being checked in, a man asked if he could check in later as he had a taxi booked to go out. the clerk explained that his room might not be available by then because of all the people still to check in - the implication being that the hotel was over booked and it was first come first served. finally checked in, the bar had closed. fine - i go to my room but there is no security at the lift going from the foyer to the exceedingly creepy lower -2 basement level - so anybody could have accessed these lower floors and been waiting behind the fire exit door which was right next to my room. i've stayed at hotels across europe, UK and the US, and this was the first time I've ever jammed a chair under the door handle the second i got in a room and then, i discover that i have to pay for wifi - in the basement there is no signal, so to remain connected, and safe, to the outside world, i have to pay. other guests I was queuing next to that i bumped into the next day all had similarly bad experiences and couldn;t wait to leave the hotel. on the plus side the room was exceptionally clean and the cleaners should be commended on their job

(Translated by Google) Located in the financial center of London, with many restaurants and amenities nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant with good options on its menu. The room I stayed in is very beautifully decorated with a view of the Thames. I stayed two nights and there was no room cleaning service. Room facilities are old. The shower is over a bathtub with a plastic shower curtain. Breakfast is decent, with few options. There is a layout problem in placing the coffee and juice machines. They should be spaced apart from each other to avoid unnecessary queuing at peak times.
