This is a nice hotel for the location. There is so much to do in the area and you can get just about anywhere walking or on the tram. Keep your expectations to a nice place to lay your head at the end of the day. Security is great. Really nice if you're respectful. Take their job seriously if you're not. Just be nice. Beautiful entry and stairs. Tina are warm when it's warm in Manchester. Would suggest small fridges to be available for an extra charge for cooling drinks and chocolate purchased to take home. It was very warm the week of our stay. As a whole, I would recommend for the visitor who wants to be in town and ready to venture at a moments notice.

The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was ok. When I stayed there It was a hot summer day and this place had no air conditioning. It was as hot as a sauna, and I got no sleep due to the temperature.

Location of property i would say is the only good thing. Stayed here last weekend, thankfully it was only for 1 night, Paid over £200 for our stay. Room 622, lift only went up to level 5 then had to walk up a narrow staircase with our bags, room was really small, broken caster on bed, room was roasting with being at very top of the building and there was no AC or fan, stains on the ceiling, bathroom showed signs of age and some damage around the bath, said there would be toiletries provided, this was 1 bar of soap only. only 1 hand towel and bath towel for 2 people. Toilet did not flush very well.

The only thing that this hotel has going for it is the location, otherwise its a dump, I stayed in April for two nights, and it really is bad, the breakfast is not bad but the room was horrible, despite paying for an upgrade at reception, I'd hate to see the original room I'd booked, the upgraded room was awfull
