Be careful of using this company - my booking was cancelled by the company for the reason "fully booked", but on website the date is still available to book - just at a much higher price! Not honest at all. Ruined my whole travel plan!

We booked a Taxi from Bath to London Heathrow ... it was due to collect our group of 5 at 14.45 at 13.00 I get a message from them telling me they have a problem with their minibus so I need to find another taxi ..... Thankfully we got another taxi after 30 minutes of stress ..... which ruined our last group lunch of our weekend break . This company seems to have no contingency plans if they have a problem with their vehicles they will just cancel refund and leave you to sort things out ... I definitely will not be using in the future.

I could give 0 stars for their service! I've been told they are going to look for a cab for me and call me back in 15 minutes....I was waiting 45 minutes by standing at the airport and NO CALL AT ALL! I am really disappointed that they do not care that we are human beings and we are the customers. They are living from our money, not the opposite! Also I lost pounds because of their promise! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
