This is a horrible company that doesn't care about customer service. I paid for a tour and they put an address on the voucher that was incorrect, I had to call the tour company to get guidance on how to get to the correct location. I was few minutes late since it took 10 minutes to sort everything out. They left without me and are refusing to refund me even though I was there early and it was their mistake!

I did the Bridgerton tour in Bath UK. I have to say, it was only just ok. The guide was wonderful and clearly loved her job and wanted all guests to enjoy themselves. But, I didn't feel like we really saw anything. This is probably not the fault of the tour company, but rather the way the production company altered the actual buildings. Again, just okay. Wouldn't recommend it, bit Wouldn't avoid either.

We did a private black taxi Downton Abbey tour with the Yew Tree farm add on- it was wonderful!! Michael was a great guide along with our fabulous driver John. It was just my sister and me- both Michael and John were so friendly and the tour stops were fantastic!! Everything I imagined and more!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
