First of all I would like to start of with a positive. The driver Amjid was excellent and friendly and the 22 seater minibus was clean. The minibus arrived early and was already waiting for us on our return journey. The only thing is on the executive minibus the legroom was terrible as most of us could not sit properly even those who were 5ft 6+. We would have to move.our legal to the side which was a very uncomfortable seating position. The negative is the horrible customer service I experienced from the people on their phone lines especially the person called Gill. After making my final payment off 330 pounds on time I was waiting for my confirmation email to say that I have paid as it is a lot of money. I rang the office in the morning to say I paid the money and was waiting for the confirmation email. They said they sent it. I kept on checking my emails all day but nothing was sent. I then emailed the following day to say I havnt received it. After 2 mins of sending the email I get a call back from Gill who spoke in a raised tone and was very rude. Guess what he was going to do ?. He was going to cancel all my booking. I couldnt believe it. I didnt raise my voice or be rude to him like he was to me but he was saying you are giving us a headache and he threatened me by cancelling my booking. In the end he wattsapped app me the confirmation after i pleaded with him to not cancel the booking as I had arranged a adventure daytrip in wales. This was horrendous customer service and I do not expect this from a company who have such high reviews and reccomendations. I hope next time if I book they would have learnt from their mistake and sort out their customer service. I hope this does not happen to other customers as it was a horrible experience.

Really good experience! I received a quote very quickly. Booking and payment were easy and quick. I received the name and number of our driver the day before. Our 16 seater was new,clean and comfortable. Our driver Amj was lovely! Professional and friendly. Punctual.Took us promptly and safely through the different London locations we were visiting. Will use you guys again!

All round 5 star service from a friendly and professional company. Hired minibus to take family back to hotel after wedding at the Mill Barns. Gill made the booking process easy and pleasant. Bus was already waiting when wedding finished and we had a smooth and comfortable ride. I therefore have no hesitation in 100% recommending this company.
