    I didnt want to leave this review but I need to be honest and share my experience. I came in for 4 wheel allignment and aircon regas. Service was good and aircon works as it should. Now, after going for a drive I noticed the car was still pulling to the left so i stopped to check the damper and noticed the spring was completely snapped in half and wasn't a new break either. Clearly this needs to be replaced and as a result the front will need to be re adjusted. When I spoke to the guy I'm a little dissapointed as like I mentioned he was welcoming and was a nice guy however I feel considering he spent most of his time on that particular corner with the blowtorch trying the get a bolt to break free you would of thought as a specialist he would have noticed something as clear as this. His reply was we don't check parts only the wheel alignment and it's the customers responsibility to ensure all parts are in working order. OK. Fair enough and I get his point. So just be mindful when paying for a wheel alignment check at this garage that you first take your car to a different garage or check yourself (which I should of) before coming here as he will only check the wheels and their position and not actually look for any clear reason why the allignment may be out before charging £96 for an adjustment. I guess my point is i assumed i was taking my car to a specialist garage where the tracking and all things related would be checked and I am disappointed something so obvious wasn't picked up as part of the initial "check". If I wasn't mechanically minded and I would of continued to drive my car assuming everything was ok until mot time. It is only because i pulled over mindful something wasn't right still that when I looked i noticed instantly and now feel a little silly. Also worth noting that I asked if it could be adjusted for free or at a discount after I replaced the front springs and the answer is currently no. Another "check" is required and any adjustments will need to be paid. Services: Tires, Air conditioning

    Fantastic work done by the guys at Bristol Wheel Alignment. Easy to book online, fantastic workmanship and friendly! 4 wheel alignment that is genuinely accurate is hard to find with bigger companies turning cars around for cheap or using it as a reason to upsale but these guys are passionate about getting a car driving straight. Would definitely recommend!

    Found that hard way that hitting a pot hole can ruin a nearly new pair of tyres in two trips to Wales (<500 miles). I was pointed in the direction of Bristol Wheel Alignment by Cameron Sports Cars (Bath) and was not disappointed. Full geometry adjustment - camber, castor and tracking - done in about an hour before heading off to Ablefit Tyres (also Cameron recommended) to swallow the £1 per mile cost of not getting the alignment all checked immediately after the pot hole. Happily recommending to others already. Service: Wheel alignment
