My parcel was returned to me the next day because of the lady owner did not write the delivery address despite my warning. She wasted my money and my time. Again the issue with the same lady… She counted the mail we sent 3 times as wrong and transferred it to a higher package. However, I prepare and control all of my cargoes according to the measurements written on Royal Mail's website. I think she is just trying to get more money and making the problem everytime for that reason. Great reputations for Royal Mail!
