    Disgraceful customer service, how on earth they have customers is beyond me. Called yesterday as I needed important information about my skoda octavia, they had changed the water pump in the past and I wanted to know if they had done the cambelt at the same time. The girl I spoke to was abrupt and very rude, she told me I had to go to my local dealer with ID to get the information. I telephoned them and they of course couldn't help me and seemed shocked this joke of a dealership couldn't help me. He gave me the number for Skoda UK who contacted them on my behalf, and would you guess.. they confirmed to them the cambelt had been changed. Why could they not have just told me straight away instead of trying to palm it off onto somebody else because they couldn't be bothered to find out, if you don't like the job you're at.. LEAVE! Instead of making customers feel like an annoyance. I've been put off buying another skoda after this experience.

    If you have a problem, and ask for help you don't receive an acknowledgement, having a car that stopped on the motorway due to engine failure, that happened on Mother's Day, we are still waiting for an answer after nearly 6 weeks, not good enough

    Taken car in for a service was good would be ready that day, didn’t get any phone call so rang up myself just before they shut and said they couldn’t get the parts in time and that it would be ready in the morning, A rang back in the morning to be told parts wouldn’t be delivered till late morning and car wouldn’t be ready till afternoon, This is a taxi so needed my car to work missed a full day of work having to let people down on the work I had booked in (Gatwick airport) Used Skoda for my last 3 services which is quite often due to car being a taxi, will definitely not use again very poor communication, disappointed
