Travelled to York to order my new stepway after my partner had an awful experience the day before ordering his new car at our local dealership. Jess was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions, got us a great price on our part ex and was so knowledgeable throughout. In the end she managed to sort us out 2 cars for me and my partner, we could not be happier. We loved as well being able to choose a charity where they make a donation in your name on collection day and finding out the dealership is dog friendly. Can’t recommend BSM enough and the service we received from Jess! Thank you so much and we can’t wait for collection day!
