We ordered a Dacia Duster on 25th March we were told the car had already been built and was awaiting shipment. It arrived into UK port on the 28th April and it is now 9th June and we still don’t have our car! The only updates are those we have chased. Dacia Gloucester aka Bristol Street Motors have not even attempted to keep us up to date. Do not use!

Went in to buy an electric Megane with my wife! Had one in the showroom but was locked. Someone from their desk unlocked it but carried on eating. Never spoke. After 5 minutes looking at it, the staff just started going home. It was 5.15pm they closed at 6 pm. No one approached either of us. It was absolutely terrible, so eventually just left. Obviously had sold enough cars already that day! I was looking at buying a few cars for a fleet as well.

I have used Renault dealerships to service my cars for 17 years, and this was my worst experience. I had been unable to book my Zoe in for a service and MOT using the online facility ( apparently because it cannot handle electric cars.) and so made the appointment over the phone. The lady I spoke to offered me a 'while you wait' appointment - which I have never used before - and which I was interested in as it is a 30 minute drive each way for me. I asked her how long the wait would be and she said about 1.5 hours, so I booked one of those. On checking my car in at 10.15am for a 10.30 appointment, I confirmed the waiting time with the lady on the desk, only to be told that it was more likely to be 3-4 hours! I was not very happy. After 2.5 hours of sitting in the showroom, I went back to the service desk and was told that my car had passed the MOT and was on its way back for the service. The young man explained that their MOT tester had left them a couple of weeks beforehand, and not been replaced and so they were having to take cars elsewhere for the MOT. He said that it would be about another hour. At 2pm I went back and asked again, and was told 30 minutes, but in fact it was another hour and a half before I got my keys back. I had spent 5 hours waiting in the showroom. I spoke to the service manager, who said he was sorry - in the way that a petulant child does who doesn't mean it! Bristol Street Motors have already emailed me for feedback, and I have told them that I will be taking my car to the Startins garage in Worcester next year. By the way, my car passed everything with flying colours - so it is not even as if they had to do any additional work on it!
