After a fault with one of the keycards when buying my used Renault Zoe from a specialist EV dealership (that subsequently lost said card) I was left requiring a replacement. When I contacted this outlet I was told that one had to be ordered in and could be a while on backorder. So I waited, and waited. 5 months later and still not having heard anything, I got in touch and was assured that key was still on order and would be an indeterminate amount of time. Now, 8 months later the car has been in for service at another Renault service centre and so thought I would enquire about the keycards. It turns out that the order was never placed, and that usually the maximum wait is 2-3 weeks. This makes me so cross to be treated in such a duplicitous manner I am unable to say anything positive about this experience whatsoever

I was so impressed by the competence of the service engineer, James, at resolving a complex issue on my Renault Captur, that I mentioned that I would use Bristol Street Motors, when the time came to exchange it. As luck had it a 2021 A class Mercedes, came into one of their northern branches that same day. Because I trusted the people, I asked their sales manager, Will for a valuation for a trade in. Within 45 minutes, I received a generous valuation and paid a deposit. Exactly as promised, the car was delivered to Exeter, free of charge. It really is in mint condition. I have no hesitation in recommending Bristol Street Motors, for providing a professional, courteous service.

Very expensive and unreliable service. I had to change break pads and disks for what they charged me £400. Later my car started making noises underneath and I had to stop at a garage on the road. They said the wheel nuts weren't tighten properly and that I could have an accident. Reno only apologisd, never offered any compensation. I lost confidence in the dealership
