I have just encountered the worst experience at the service garage at Bristol Street motors Renault. The service was terrible, I was waiting a week for a tyre change and sent an email the day before requesting the tyre size. I replied to the email but due to working a 10 hour shift, this was around 7pm. They allowed me to leave my car in the morning only to call me 20 minutes later to inform me it would not be completed until the end of the day. I picked the car back up and contacted MCC. The tyre was ordered and the job was completed by 1pm. I will not be contacting Bristol Street motors Renault bradford unless desperate. I have purchased 2 new cars from them in 3 years but will be considering my options on renewal. The attitude of the garage was disgraceful. Just didn't care !!.
