Cancelled my appointment (which was booked weeks in advance) with less than 24hrs notice leaving me with little opportunity to book another before the MOT. Called the garage, staff were rude and would not take the time to listen, just talked over me and told me to call the parent company. Unprofessional and unhelpful, clearly the staff on the shop floor don't really care about customers. Save you time people and avoid.
