We bought a near new 2nd hand Swift from Ameet and Ryan and right from our first call to the dealership , Ameet created a great deal taking our second hand car in part exchange , and as we lived 150mls from the dealership, Ryan immediately sent us a personalised car video and made a follow up call to secure the deal. Over the next few days leading up to delivery day, Ryan kept in touch and made our remote dealings as easy as possible. I was particularly impressed with Ryan's " nothing is too much trouble " attitude and his customer service was excellent. Its quite nerve wracking buying a car that you have only seen in pictures or in a video, but we we're informed and reassured every step of the way. Our car was delivered as described and in as new condition and fully valeted and polished. We have bought brand new cars, that weren't polished or waxed. Well done all involved.

Me and my mum had a lovely experience with Romeo and Christian from sales team on a snowy day in March. Walked in knowing the car I wanted, got to test drive and loved it even more. Customer service from both of them was top notch and was given time to understand how the process of financing a car works etc Plus everything I needed to know was explained well and with patience! Christian was in training at the time, and he done a wonderful job. Romeo was fantastic and a good mentor to Christian. These guys truly made me and my mum feel happy with the service. After my purchase, I got sent a thank you video from Romeo and it made me happy! I am so glad I got served by both of them. Thank you Romeo and Christian ^_^

Bought a used Peugeot from them back in December. The car was a part exchange, with some advisories from the previous owner's MOT. Bristol had fixed those beforehand and took a personalized video for me. The car was delivered quickly (within a week way up north) to my home with a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend them and especially Peter Rosina from Sales. Very customer-centric and professional.
