Ordered my new car in January and took ownership yesterday. The key person who dealt with all aspects of the sale and PX was John Daly. Through out the whole process he was without doubt an excellent ambassador for this dealership. I never felt under pressure to make decisions which was really pleasing The flow of information was excellent with constant updates and advice. Most of the E Mails I received were sent late evening which tells its own story of excellent customer service I was always felt welcome by all members of the team and the facilities for customers are first class Many thanks John and Bristol Street Motors Nissan Bradford

Me and my partner bought a car here on 17th Feb and are still trying to get our complaint resolved, months later. Amy spelt my name wrong on the v5 and other paperwork which I noticed immediately. She agreed to sort this, and advised she would send off for a new v5 straight away which would arrive in a couple of weeks. A couple of months passed and I still hadn't received the correct v5. After chasing, it turns out the garage have done nothing to sort this, and Amy has now told me I need to call the DVLA and sort it myself. Apparently I'll also need the old v5 which has obviously already been destroyed because it had the wrong name on it and I was told another was on its way. Me and my partner have asked Amy twice to escalate this as a formal complaint, and we simply have our emails ignored. What kind of company just blanks formal complaints in writing...? Do you not have a formal complaints process to follow? Will avoid at all costs in the future and will advise family and friends to go elsewhere. Funnily enough you get immediate replies when going through the sales process, but clearly as soon as the car has been sold they lose all interest as they can't make anymore money off you. Disgusting attitude.

Samantha and Rebecca went above and beyond for us when purchasing our new car. Samantha dealt with our purchase first and there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase at all, once we decided on our car the sale was quick and easy. When we went to collect our car Samantha was unfortunately not available but Rebecca took over our purchase and again gave us 5* service. We would 100% purchase a car from them again and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

Very happy with the service we received. Rebecca was very attentive and informative but we felt under no pressure to purchase. As I am 8 months pregnant we had quite a tight time line but Rebecca was able to see what met our specifications and what was available. She gave realistic timelines which was greatly appreciated. We subsequently have purchased our qashqai with Bristol street motors Bradford and are very happy with it. We would definitely recommend.

Very poor service, proposed over £350 for an air bag wire repair when independent garage fixed it for £50. Bristol Street Motors keep calling me for MOT reminders and I have 4 times asked them to take me off the phone list but the unwanted calls keep coming. Avoid.
