My husband took his car here for servicing. The service itself was excellent but the time it took not so. The car was booked for 8.30am but wasn't started until gone 11am, no explanation. The waiting area is small but adequate, toilets are in the adjacent dealership. Banbury only a short walk away.

Brilliant service today: lock on charging port flap failed today, rang them at 1500 and without hesitation said bring it over we can look at it. Diagnosed in just a couple of minutes, part ordered there and then - booked in for fitting Monday morning whilst i wait. Andrew and the rest of the team (who came over to BSM from Firs) are spot on. Have used them consistently over past 5 plus years for servicing and will carry on even though they are not the most local dealership to me, due to their professional service and competence at a fair price.
