terrible service - booked diagnostics, turned out a new battery was needed. It took them 2 days so i had to waste money on 2 journeys. I needed 2 hours to get to Harlow so asked the service (3 times) to let me know 2 hours before the car will be completed. At the end of the day I just took the train and got there. The car was ready, nobody bothered to let me know, they would probably call me at the end of the day and I would waste another day of leave to get the job completed that takes 30 minutes in a local Kwikfit and half of the price. Do not order parts over the phone !!! I’ve done this mistake and twice I got wrong parts. First phone call was 10 min, however second phone call was about 30 min and wrong part again !
