    I have changed my mind about this place, all the way through the sales it was a breeze and made you feel welcoming but the aftercare is shocking, bought the car back in November with a few things I wasn’t happy about which they said they would sort just one example is the boot as on a 7 year old car it had rusted, said they would sort it out and they did but only touched it up which came off a few days later.. went back get it done again only to find they haven’t done it properly so now I have overspray all over my drivers rear quarter, o/s rear light and drivers rear door, it’s awful and the paint is already cracking, they didn’t take the spoiler off either so that has damage to the paint on where a sander has been, on the boot it also has run marks.. another issue is communication, it’s next to none and I feel like I’m forever chasing them as recently I phoned said they would sort it just send some pictures via email and not heard anything back since, the front above the windshield again said they would sort it out but been chasing them since November with that and haven’t done anything about it since that is also rusting, also the MOT was done in November with ‘slight tyre wear’ only to find out a month ago that it had a massive split in it a quarter way round. Don’t think I’d be doing buisness with them again and I’d only change my mind if they actually sort out the problems with it considering this is the only hope I would seem to have with contacting them

    Initial sale and car was fine, was then very disappointed when I was then not given the documents I was promised initially with the sale, I was also misled on the phone and told they were on their way but never arrived. Very helpful up to the sale then very unhelpful after once they had my money.. will not be using again

    Was told it would be 30 mins, to enable a check of yhe whole vehicle. Took 1 hr 15 min and they didn't manage my expectations at all. Also they ignored me as I sat outside a meeting they were holding. Not great customer service I'm afraid.

    Shocking company. Had an MOT booked for my business van. They decide to ring the day before to cancel the MOT because they havent got the ramps suitable until april. Why wasn't I told this at time of booking. Not even a sorry. Over £500 for a days loss of earning for my business and will now have to find somewhere else to get the van MOT and will cost my business another day. Will never use or recommend this company.
