On my visit I was met outside by a fantastic young lady Bobby Hallam , & immediately put at ease ! Bobby answered every question with professionalism, in detail & with great product knowledge !! I chatted with her & made to feel that I had known her a lot longer than 10 mins !!!! Whilst speaking to her I was staggered to discover that she had only been employed at her preasent position for only 3 weeks such was her dedication ! I came to the showroom to view and test drive the new C4 electric as a potential car on the motability scheme.I was greeted by Brian who was more than helpful.He had arranged to take me out in his car to show me what the car was like.Being a wheelchair user I cannot drive a normal car. Nothing was too much trouble for Brian , happy to let me transfer into both the passenger and drivers seats on the display car. I was so impressed with the car that I ordered one on the spot. The whole process took just over 2 hours including coffees and visits to the loo,which was disable friendly. Top marks for the car and even higher marks for Brian for making the whole prices as easy as possible. Thank you.
