    *EDIT* Appears to have relocated and have a new name (I went to Bristol Computer Repairs). Following the below positive experience, they built me a high end custom pc, which was great except I couldn't get the bluetooth/WiFi to work. I called to get it looked at and requested a fix, and was told they'd have a look. This didn't happen in spite of 3-4 calls/visits to the shop and repeated agreements that they would. Disappointed with the level of aftercare. Changed 5* rating to 2* Went in when a second hand laptop I'd bought wouldn't connect to external displays. Initially the person encouraged me to take it back as it would be under warranty but I decided against that as I wanted an ssd fitted too. They took in the laptop, diagnosed it as having a broken chip, and returned it to me without letting me pay them for their work. Had they been able to do the work, the price was reasonable (£120 for parts and work for fitting a new 1tb sata ssd). Gave honest, transparent and helpful advice. Great service and will be going back if I need any work doing in the future. Also have a wonderful dog.

    George and George couldn’t have been more helpful - found no issue and diagnostics were free or charge. Even went in to ask for an update as I had a uni deadline and they moved it forward to check it as soon as possible, had it done the next day. Couldn’t recommend enough, 10/10

    The worst customer service I have ever recieved. After leaving my computer there I was told I would hear back within 3 days. 5 days later I was yet to hear so I contacted them and was ensured it would be sorted the next day. I rang again and they said its currently being looked at. After the weeked I rang again and was told they hadnt touched it yet and would look by the end of this week. Now a week has gone by nothing has happened so I went to collect it from them. Screws are missing, nothing was fixed. NEVER USE THIS STORE.
