Ordering and quotes were extremely quick via email and booking the fitting was easy. The fitters are independent, but ours was friendly, super quick and tidy.

In-store customer service 5*, helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly First carpet fitter for first job 5*, professional, respectful and did a great job. Second carpet fitter 0*, came in with mud on his shoes, damaged my off cuts which I now have to clean and can't sell as new with no apology or acknowledgement to what he had done, then after he fitted my new carpet, I went to see and he was stood on it with his shoes on. Doesn't take a genius to know how stupid and disrespectful this is.
