Not really impressed to be honest. I booked my “stove” in for a service a couple of weeks ago to be done today. Two guys turned up… didn’t introduce themselves but luckily the vehicle had the company logo on so quickly worked out who they were. Richard entered-I asked could he take his shoes off as I had cream carpets, he replied with “I might not be able to do the job as I haven’t any dust sheets” (whilst his coworker was stood there with a pile of dust sheets in his arms) I informed him I had clean dust sheets if needed. He popped his head in and looked at the “stove” and said he couldn’t do the job as I hadn’t told him it was a cassette stove… told me he would have to come back in the new year. No thanks! He clearly didn’t want to do the job. After reading the reviews online I’m glad he didn’t carry out the service. It would probably be worth asking a customer for pictures before agreeing to come out. To me it’s a “stove” whether it’s a cassette stove or not. Get the information you need before turning up.

Very poor. Turned up looking less than interested in giving me a quote for a lot burner installation. Didn't fill me with confidence and tried to get me to sub-contract most of the job out to others. Never bothered contacting me for a quote.
