An excellent experience at the Brindley Group MG franchise at Cannock about a month ago, especially Zak (a star in the making) and Mike (who was off on my new MG HS PHEV collection day) and all the back room staff who are part of the team. Everything went smoothly and any hiccups were dealt with swiftly. All I had to do was turn up, sign documents, pay and drive home. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership. If only all MG dealers I’ve had dealings with provided this same level of customer service and professionalism.

I would like to share my experience with Brindley. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. After collecting my car, I noticed that the dashboard was scratched, which was very disappointing. Additionally, upon collecting my car, I found that the air vent controls were not functioning properly. I was very concerned about these issues, as I believed they should have been resolved before returning the car to me. I complained and sent an email to them, informing them about these problems. However, I did not receive any response or any action taken to repair these faults or provide compensation. This experience was very frustrating for me, as I expected better service from the main dealer.
