Absolutely fantastic customer service from Lee and the team. I bought a Brompton a few months ago and Lee was so helpful in setting me up and explaining the unique characteristics of the bike. I travelled from north London to buy from Brilliant Bikes and I'm so glad I did. My Brompton had it's 100mile service yesterday and again, Lee and the team were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. A great bike shop where the staff have time for their customers unlike the hustle and bustle of London bike shops. If you're after a Brompton and you don't live near Brilliant Bikes, my suggestion would be to travel far and wide to give them your custom - you will not be disappointed!

I recently bought two Bromptons and Brilliant Bikes & its staff have been been, well, brilliant. Very patient with our questions with responses well after normal shop hours. I've ordered Brompton parts from Brilliant Bikes a couple of times - their prices are competitive and on both times the free delivery arrived really quickly. Plus they very thoughtfully included some rubber gloves with the chain and sprocket set I ordered. Their YouTube instruction videos are very good too. Brilliant all round! :) (Sorry, couldn't resist that last one!)
