This "used" to be a very good surgery. However, lately; it has become one of the WORST!, though not as bad as Parchmore Medical Centre. Notwithstanding, the service here has progressively declined post Covid. Not only was I kept waiting on the phone last week, for one and a half hours, but I'm still holding, lol. It appears as though they're "busy", but when I popped in earlier, they were clearly NOT busy...there were two people at reception and about five of us in the queue. While waiting to be attended to, I heard a patient complain about being kept on the phones for too long and not having been able to speak wirh anyone over the phone, as once was able to in the last. Rhe receptionist's response was rather blazé and nonsensical. Thus, it'll be quite interesting to know the reason for the long delays in answering calls. Shameful! Avoid at all cost! Unless one has no choice.

Do not recommend at all. Trying to book an appointment with a nurse. Told for the last four weeks every time I call that she is either on leave/unwell and to keep trying everyday. Previously had my implant removed by one of the nurses a few years ago and mauled my arm with three different scissors and took over an hour. Left in extreme pain and she herself said ‘she wasn’t sure what was happening’. This GP does not care about patient and when you have “telephone appointments” the doctors sound bored and uninterested. Worst place. Do not recommend.

This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. I had a appointment with “dr” Ellie Beale and it was honestly shocking. She rushed start to finish and when I asked her a question she told me to book another appointment EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONLY IN THERE FOR 3 MINUTES. Failed to ask basic lifestyle questions and just lacks professionalism,surprised she even made it to be a doctor it’s pathetic . Immediately after my appointment I went to another gp to sign on there. My best advice is DONT EVEN BOTHER. They don’t care about their patients well-being all they care is about getting you in and out. WILL NEVER BE USING AGAIN!
