Awful. I just missed an appointment because they didn’t turn up on time, they then said they’d be 10 minutes and didn’t turn up again. When I phoned they refused to call me back to let me know when the cab might actually come and had an obnoxious, childish phone operator. There was no apology or acknowledgement it is not acceptable for a cab service to be so late with no communication so this must be their usual level of service. I advise to you to use another cab service if you actually need them to turn up.
