Have been let down terribly we have been in touch on 3 occasions still no reply the shutters are not fit for purpose have had a second opinion from another comp in Brighton he said ask for refund id be within my rights if I don't hear from them soon going to the small claims court im sure I'd win hands down

Was told by 3 companies that we couldn't have shutters on our bay windows but Brighton sunblinds came through for us. Love our shutters and the excellent service that we received from start to finish. Can definitely recommend them.

I am not happy with them after 3 weeks of waiting the blinds arrived damaged. They ordered a replacement and after another 3 weeks new one arrived, the engineer which was installing them cut the strip so damaged them again and took them to back to fix it but the blinds don’t close properly, you need to pull the strip really really hard to close them but anyway after couple of minutes they getting loosened and not closes fully. I raised this issue with them they sent a guy but obviously they are saying all is ok with them but I know is not, the previous one closed completely different and you didn’t have to use any strength to fully close them. I am very surprised because they do have a lot of positive comments so maybe I just didn’t have enough luck with this company Kamila. D

We have brought large Roman blinds for 4 of our rooms from Brighton Sunblinds and can recommend- well made, look good and work well. We had a pull up mechanism stop working after 2 years and came back out to change mechanism no problem. Very friendly and helpful.

Having installed a fantastic awning last year on the east wall of our property, a 350 year old watermill just south of Midhurst, a larger but equally fantastic awning was installed over the south facing side a few months ago. It was a difficult installation, made more so by concurrent exterior refurbishment works which necessitated two visits made at no extra cost. I can thoroughly recommend thiis company, a family business which continues to go above and beyond in providing a superb product and service to its customers during the most trying of pandemic times. Their task was not easy as the installation was above fast flowing water. So pleased have we been that we are now seeking a replacement for an older awning.
