I had an excellent appointment today. Emily was very knowledgeable, engaging and helpful in getting me on the road back to full health. Her feedback and emails afterwards were very informative and all made sense of why I was feeling like I was.

Excellent, from a warm and friendly welcome onto a very thorough and professional examination and treatment. 'TJ' conducts a complete examination to identify the root cause of the problem rather than just stick a metaphorical plaster on the symptoms. You get the full time allotted ,no cutting corners. And I am already much improved and out of pain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic and TJ.

Had my second physio app today and really feel like my body is on the way to recovery. I can’t thank Tina enough for her help in getting me back to feeling myself again.

This clinic took £60 off me although I cancelled in advance, the day before. They said it was too late to cancel - by two hours, I was two hours under 24 hours and cancelled on a Bank Holiday. I didn’t even try and do late same day cancellation or do a no show, and they still took the money off my card which they had previously insisted on taking the details of when I registered. Now I know why. I have now called them and asked them to take my card details off their system. This is also why I will not be returning to book at this clinic again. I can’t afford to pay for treatment I haven’t had but they still took it. Not only that, it isn’t a good way to treat a returning customer. Sheer money opportunism. Never let any private business retain your card details in advance: that is an absolute red flag. No doubt they would pontificate about it all being in the small print. But this practice gave me a horrible experience today and I can’t recommend. Update in reply to the comment from this business owner: The only problem with your reply is that a lot of people like me are coming to you because they can’t get NHS appointments. So you as a health treatment service are actually robbing people less fortunate than yourselves during a cost of living and health and public crisis, that’s what marks you out as way more responsible and ethical than a beautician or hairdresser. So your analogy is absurd, not to mention irresponsible and unethical. I only hope you are satisfied with yourselves for taking my entire grocery delivery for the week - no, make that two weeks.

I saw Tom Everill with a leg injury, he took a history, examined me and gave me the diagnosis and treatment options. Tom taught me some exercises, to help strengthen, and promote healing. He gave me advice about the injury and a way forward I am pleased i saw him, he was very professional and knowledgable.

Good customer service in booking and excellent quality of care and understanding in looking into my sons back issue. Very professional but also able to relate with ease - making the experience comfortable. Location easy to get too - even if small.

I've had shoulder and neck stress problems/pain for the past 35 years caused by intensive keyboard/screen work. Already after only 2 sessions with Annie, the physio and exercises I have been given have greatly improved my posture and stress levels. I would have no hesitation in recommending Annie to any of my family or friends and I feel very fortunate to have found such a gifted physio.
