Probably one of the better meditation classes. However, please be clear about the rules and expectation with new arrivals. The lady who led the meditation, talked at lengths at the end about her feelings about coronation, how as a socialist it does not sit right yet she respects the king. All good, but just as she finished, some one started to ask a question. She firmly shut them down and said no questions. Then after she finished again, told him again I'll talk to you downstairs and no chat here. Channelling the same energy which she disposed a minute ago about royalty. And, behaving like queen of the court. Be clear in the beginning, be welcoming. Only royals expect others to know what they want!
