When I started considering accommodation options, Brighthelm was my first priority and I got it. It is like a house with 4 other housemates unlike most of the other accommodations where there are only flats. Brighthelm is cheaper and also provides free laundry where others have to pay for that. Unless ensuite bathroom is a must for you, I'd strongly recommend Brighthelm as the uni accomodation to choose.
