Our staff to child ratio is in line with the guidelines set by the Early Years Foundation Stage. For children aged 0-2 years, we have one staff member for every three children. For children aged 2-3 years, we have one staff member for every four children. We have a strict policy that sick children cannot attend the creche in order to prevent the spread of illness to other children and staff. Our son attended Brightkids Hackney from 10 months until he was 4 years old when we moved away. He enjoyed nursery and we felt happy sending him in each day knowing he was nurtured and supported to develop a wide range of skills. He made some great friends and bonded well with the staff who were supportive, caring and attentive. We shall miss it!

We came from a Spanish speaking country to work to the UK with a 4-year old who did not speak a word of English. Our son, nevertheless, was really happy at Bright Kids Hackney Nursery from the very beginning. Administrative staff were organised, clear, and precise in their communications. And the misses were nice, loving and caring, and we felt they took special care of our son. Our son loved them, and he liked to go in the morning to play with his friends. By the end, our son understood English and could easily speak the basics. Thanks for the friendliness and professionalism.

Bight Kids Hackney was a real find. The girls there were so caring and conscientious; we knew our son was in good hands. They were so attentive, aware of his needs and always smiling. They also put so much effort in sensory play and activities, very reassuring. Sadly we moved away but we would have definitely kept him there had we stayed. Top marks.

Bright Kids Nursery is a lovely nursery with staff who care about the children. Felix has only been there 3 months a few days a week and already has developed a bond with his teachers. They are patient and productive with the babies encouraging development and offering great attention to them. The communication between teacher and parent is great with daily updates upon collection. Would def recommend.

As a parent I was so worried leaving my son for the first time at nursery. I was filled with anxiety although i had full confidence in staff as identified through settling in period. By day 2 my son was waving me goodbye when I dropped him off and pictures sent to me proved he was very happy. He is doing a wide variety of activities during the day which meets all EYFS.
