Our daughter has been going to Bright Kids since October and she loves it. The staff are caring, bright and committed to what they do. Everyone communicates really well and if you have a question or need to tell them something you always get a quick reply. The nursery space itself is lovely with a safe outdoor area for everyone to play in. They have a kitchen on site and all food is made there. Our daughter loves a double dinner so I think that's all the reviews you need for the cooking. Overall we have been extremely happy with nursery and would recommend to anyone looking for a space for their child in Leyton.

The staff who is looking after my child didn't have much time to take care of my child as she/they are very busy on chatting. I waited for 20 minutes to collect my child as they didn't realise I was waiting there while they chatted. It happened everyday. My son came home with scratches on his face without any explanation or note from the nursery. I left the nursery for good.

Horrible encounter on the bus with one of your staff wearing your uniform! Intimidating, out of control, threatening, and stupid. To think you trust this person around children and babies is terrifying! It's not a surprise that you support such behavior when from reviews, your staff score poorly. TfL buses can only accommodate one double buggy or two single buggies at a time. More than that, it becomes a hazard. A passenger told your employee BEFORE SHE BOARDED that there was no space and a double buggy was there, and she ignored them and continued to the bus and began harassing me. As for anybody else interfering, im afraid your employee has been dishonest. She exited the bus two stops after getting on, and nobody said a thing aside from there's no space. If you think there is nothing wrong with becoming absuive to a new mum with two babies in public and that it has nothing to do with your business despite wearing your uniform and, therefore, a representative of your business, then I shudder to think what else you feel is acceptable. Avoid!

Our son is so happy here, he loves the staff, his key worker, and the other children and practically runs in every day. Very grateful to the team for making his day so fun, and also supporting us in his milestones like dropping naps, and potty training. Sophie’s been running some amazing events lately for parents/carers to get involved too, which we missed during recent covid times. A real sense of community and also v convenient location close to Leyton tube station and loads of car parking in the retail park.
